Lee Dong Wook world outside the road

This is actor Lee Dong Wook when he made his television debut through 1999 drama “There’s A World Outside Of The Road.”

first drama Lee Dong Wook

It is a single episode drama that tells the story of three teenagers who refuse to go to school. Lee Dong Wook played the role of Sung Joon who is a talented writer and wishes to pursue writing, however his mother opposes this.

For this drama, Lee Dong Wook went the extra mile and took motorcycle riding lessons at a stunt school. But the day before filming, he had a bit of bad luck and got into an accident, hurting his leg pretty badly.

In an interview later, he shared that he could have avoided the injury if he’d let go of the bike. But he hesitated because he was worried about the repair costs, and before he knew it, he and the bike were both skidding across the asphalt.

Instead of heading to the hospital, he just got a quick bandage and showed up on set the next day. Even though he could barely move, he didn’t say a word about it to the director and started filming. Luckily, everything went smoothly, and he completed his scenes without any more hiccups. Talk about dedication!
