Keep an eye! As a new Netflix mystery thriller kdramas is coming and an amazingly talented cast is confirmed for it.
Yoon Kye Sang (Kiss Sixth Sense), Kim Yun Seok (Love Me When You Can), Go Min Si (Youth of May), and Lee Jung Eun (Missing: The Other Side), EXO’s Chanyeol, all will be taking the lead for the Korean drama “The Frog” (or “Alone In the Woods With No One”.)
Kdrama “The Frog” will tell the mystery thriller story of Koo Sang Joon (Yoon Kye Sang) who lost everything during the summer of 2000 due to an incident that occured at his motel which was also his home. His motel was located deep in the forest.
Today, Jeon Young Ha (Kim Yun Seok) runs the same motel as a vacation cottage. Everything was going smoothly in his life until the appearance of a mysterious guest Yoo Sung Ah (Go Min Si). She seems to be very obsessed with the place and knows something about it.
Meanwhile, Yoon Bo Min (Lee Jung Eun) is a police officer at the violent crime unit who used to work at the police station near the motel in 2000. Today, she again get transferred at the same police station and investigates Jeon Young Ha closely.
It looks like we have to wait until the trailer to find out more about “The Frog” drama characters as the synopsis makes one curious to find out how the story will unfold.
The drama “The Frog” will be directed by the director of dramas like “World of The Married ” and “Misty”.
It is looking to release sometimes in 2024 on Netflix in more than 190 countries, with a total of 8 episodes expected.
