Han So Hee (Gyeongseong Creature) and Ryu Jun Yeol (Lost) are considering to star together in a mystery thriller Korean drama “Delusion.”
The two were offered to star in the production on March 6, soon after they got swept into a dating controversy. However, despite this, according to a source the discussions from Han So Hee and Ryu Jun Yeol’s side to appear in “Delusion,” which will be helmed by director Han Jae Rim, is still ongoing. There has been no particular change from the existing stage of reviewing their appearance.

It is being adapted from a popular webtoon of the same name that was serialized on Naver from 2019 to 2020.
“Delusion” which is set in the 1935 Gyeongseong and 1800s Shanghai, will tell the story of a painter who gets commissioned to make the potrait of an attractive yet mysterious woman. As time goes by, the painter gets involved in mysterious events and he becomes more and more curious about the woman’s identity. However, he soon gets seduced by her.
According to the webtoon the story goes like this: It’s 1935 in Gyeongseong, and struggling artist Iho Yun has been commissioned by the reclusive, elderly Madam Jeonghwa Song to paint a portrait. Madam Jeonghwa Song allows Iho to set eyes upon her — an unprecedented event — and standing before him is a young woman. But why does she ask him to paint an elderly version of her? “Don’t finish the portrait.” Tucked between the previous artist’s paint tubes is an ominous letter. Iho learns that no artist has left Madam Song’s abode alive or of sound mind. Just what is she hiding and what will happen if Iho finishes the portrait? (Source)
For now, it has not yet been decided whether “Delusion” will be made into a movie or a drama series.
