A new trailer for “Strong Woman Gang Nam Soon” reveals the love interests of our three strong women in the drama.
The trailer starts by showcasing the immense strength and power of Lee Yoo Mi, Kim Jung Eun, and Kim Hae Sook as they easily defeat the bad guys. Then the screen poses the question: Is there anything else besides strength?
That’s when we discover that these three women aren’t just strong but also quite romantic. While Kim Jung Eun and Kim Hae Sook have flirtatious tendencies, Lee Yoo Mi is adorably charming. However, when it comes to confessing their love, they are all refreshingly straightforward.
There’s a scene in which Lee Yoo Mi tells Ong Seong Wu that he’s handsome and just her type. She’s even shown carrying him in her arms. It immediately reminded me of the nostalgia from “Strong Woman” when Park Bo Young carried Park Hyung Shik. This trailer truly highlights the fun and romantic aspects of the drama.
Korean drama “Strong Woman Gang Nam Soon” will air on October 7 at 10:30 PM KST on jTBC.
It tells the story of another strong woman, Kang Nam Soon (Lee Yoo Mi) who is actually the 6th cousin of Do Bong Soon. During her childhood, when she was in Mongolia, she went missing. Today, Kang Nam Soon travels to South Korea to find her parents. She finally meets her mother, Hwang Geum Joo (Kim Jung Eun) in Gangnam who also has superpowers like hers. Hwang Geum Joo is a righteous and wealthy woman who is finding her lost daughter. Kang Nam Soon also meets her grandmother, Gil Joong Gan (Kim Hae Sook) who is a member of a secret investigation team that investigates drug cases in Gangnam.
Together, these three women with immense power and strong bond starts investigating a famous drug case in Korea with detective Kang Hee Shik (Ong Seong Woo). Later, he becomes love interest of Kang Nam Soon.
