First stills for the upcoming Korean drama “Family By Choice” has been released.
The new coming of age family rom-com Korean drama is set to premiere next month. It features an ensemble cast including Hwang In Yeop (Why Her?), Jung Chae Yeon (The Golden Spoon) and Bae Hyun Sung (Miraculous Brothers).
The drama is the remake of the hit 2020 Chinese drama “Go Ahead” which will depict the story of three characters who are not related by blood but perpetually dependent on one another like a family.
The newly released stills reveal the heartwarming bond between Hwang In Yeop, Jung Chae Yeon, and Bae Hyun Sung. From group photos and selfies to playful runs in school uniforms under the rain. These sneak peeks give us a taste of the warm bond these three share, and we can’t wait to see more!
“Family By Choice” Korean drama will tell the story of romance, friendship, and family through three friends. They have been friends since their teenage years. Over the time, each has helped each other in their difficult times and has almost become close like a family. They reunite after 10 years.
Kim San Ha (Hwang In Yeop) grew up with Yoon Joo Won and Kang Hae Joon but disappeared from their lives, and reappeared after a decade. He was known as someone who is good at everything.
Yoon Joo Won (Jung Chae Yeon ) is a kind, affectionate and positive person. While she is raised by her father who owns a noodle restaurant, she regards Kim San Ha and Kang Hae Joo no less than any family member.
Kang Hae Joon (Bae Hyun Sung), a charming guy, who, during his teenage years, grew up with Yoon Joo Won and Kim San Ha. During his childhood he has faced difficulties. Kang Hae Joon genuinely appreciates people who treat him like a family.
“Family By Choice” is looking to air sometimes in the fall of 2024.
