You might have heard of bad boy–good girl romances or vice versa, but have you heard of a bad girl–bad boy romance drama? Well, there wasn’t one until now! There is a new drama called Wonderful Brave World coming!
It is an SBS fantasy rom-com, and offers are out to Lim Ji Yeon (The Tale of Lady Ok) and Heo Nam Jun (When the Stars Gossip) for the female and male lead roles.
“Brave New World” will tell a fantasy-romance, war-like love story between a wicked Joseon Dynasty villainess and a rude modern-day chaebol.
Shin Seo Ri is a top concubine from the Joseon Dynasty. She gets possessed by the spirit of a wicked Joseon-era villainess, and soon she receives a death sentence when everyone claims she is a femme fatale. However, she gets transported to the 21st century, where she meets a rude chaebol, Cha Se Gye.
Lim Ji Yeon showcased amazingly in her hit dramas “The Glory” and “Tale of Lady Ok”, proving she can carry both wicked and historical roles! And Heo Nam Jun—just look at his eyes—he is perfect for this role. Hope they both confirm this interesting project, as we are already shipping them.
