A fresh new couple is being set to be the potential main lead of upcoming historical Korean drama called “Takryu” (also known as “Murky Water”).
Offers are out to Shin Ye Eun (The Secret Romantic Guesthouse) and Rowoon (The Matchmakers) for the drama and currently, they are considering to star.
“Takryu” is a Kdrama about a guy who began as a brawler at Mapo Port during the Joseon era, a place important for trade and money. He goes on to become a legendary figure in Joseon, all on his own.
Rowoon is offered for the role of the guy that transforms from a loser to a legend. Shin Ye Eun who will be the potential female lead in “Takryu,” her role is still unknown. A potential role offer for the drama is also out to Park Seo Ham.
Coming from the PD of hit Netflix drama “All of Us Are Dead,” “Takryu” will be Disney+ original drama and its releasing date is still undecided.
