Synopsis
“Goodbye Earth” Korean drama tells the story of chaos on the planet when news quickly spreads throughout the world that
In 200 days, an apocalypse will strike Earth and wipe off the whole planet.
Jin Se Kyung (Ahn Eun Jin), who’s a middle school teacher in Woongchun City, resigns from her job when she finds out about the apocalypse. She volunteers at the child and youth division to protect children who are in danger. Her longtime boyfriend Ha Yoon Sang (Yoo Ah In) also decided to return to South Korea to help her, who’s a researcher at an American biotechnology research institute.
The battalion commander of a combat support unit, Kang In Ah (Kim Yoon Hye), patrols the devastated city of Woongchun City in order to offer supplies, ensure security, and provide transportation.
When the news broke out, the church’s presiding priest fled. This leaves only an assistant priest at the Catholic church named Woo Sung Jae (Jeon Sung Woo), who has to look after the church’s congregants now.
