Lee chae Min and Roh Yoon Seo are confirmed to star together in the upcoming fantasy romance drama ‘I Decided to Die,’ which is based on the popular webtoon of the same name.
It will tell the time-travel love story of a high school student, Nam Ji Ho, who is preparing for the national taekwondo team selection but injures her leg ahead of the national team selection. During her leg recovery she meets Cha Gyeol and feels attracted to him.
According to the webtoon the story goes like this: Ji-o’s luck runs out when she gets injured before the tryouts for the national taekwondo team. In the middle of facing what seems to be the biggest crisis of her life, she meets Gyeol, a mysterious boy who changes her life forever. He’s the definition of a bad boy with a good heart, and she finds herself unable to resist his charms. However, she might be playing with fire as he’s someone who’s involved with the wrong crowd. Roh Yoon Seo will be playing the role of Nam Ji Ho, who is a high school athlete, and Lee Chae Min will be playing the role of a charming guy. They previously worked together in the 2023 drama “Crash Course in Romance.”
The drama is directed by Kim Hee Won, who is known for working in dramas like ‘Vincenzo,’ ‘Little Women,’ and ‘Queen of Tears.’ Although the release date hasn’t been announced yet, it is expected to be released in 2027.
