We may get to see Lee Yi Kyung (Marry My Husband) and Jo Soo Min (Secret Royal Inspector) together in a new matchmaking romance drama called “Marry YOU.”
“Marry YOU” will tell the story of Jeong Ha Na, a civil servant who hasn’t married yet because she doesn’t believe in it. She is put on a team called “Marriage Encouragement” which was hastily made to help a guy named Bong Cheol Hee find a wife. He is a bachelor from an island who doesn’t possess a single quality that makes him suitable for marriage.
Jo Soo Min is positively considering the role of civil servant JeongHa Na, while Lee Yi Kyung is offered for the role of Bong Cheol Hee.
Meanwhile, iKON’s Junhoe (Twinkling Watermelon) and Ji Yi Soo (Sponsor) are also offered to star in the drama.
iKON’s Junhoe is offered for the role of “Marriage Encouragement” team leader, Cho Ki Joon. He is handsome and successful. Also, Ji Yi Soo will portray the popular girl, Oh In Ah, if confirmed.
“Marry YOU” is expected to release in 2024 on Channel A.
