Synopsis
The One And Only” tells the story of three terminally ill women. Pyo In Sook (Ahn Eun Jin) who is insensitive to life and is diagnosed with a terminal illness. Kang Se Yeon (Kang Ye Won), a housewife who led a pretty ordinary life without being noticed by public and Seong Mi Do (Joy/ Park Soo Young), a social media influencer who is close to death ahead of her successful career.
The three meet at a hospice ward. They decide to take down one bad guy before they die but ends up meeting one precious man instead. In Sook meets a police lieutenant, Min Woo Cheon (Kim Kyung Nam). They also get involved in a murder case. Everyone here has a hard life, but it is their journey to discover the true meaning of life.
