Synopsis

“Love Next Door” Korean drama tells the story of Bae Seok Ryu (Jung So Min), a woman who once had it all together. Known for her smarts and boundless energy, she climbed the ladder of success as a project manager in a big global company. However, one day, everything changed. Bae Seok Ryu faced a breakdown, leading her to leave her job and confront a challenging period of unemployment.

Yearning for a fresh start, Bae Seok Ryu’s journey takes an unexpected turn when she crosses paths with Choi Seung Hyo (Jung Hae In), her mother’s friend’s son. He’s the most talked-about young architect in Korea, running the renowned architecture atelier “In.” With his impressive skills, good looks, and a charming personality, Choi Seung Hyo seems to have it all.

However, beneath the surface, Choi Seung Hyo harbors moments from his past that he wishes to erase, moments often involving Bae Seok Ryu. As childhood friends linked by their mothers’ friendship, they shared innocent memories, like bathing together at a women’s bathhouse.
