“Extraordinary Attorney Woo” Korean drama is creating so much buzz across the world with its refreshing plot concept which covers the journey of a genius lawyer suffering with autism.
It became the top non-English-language series globally on Netflix for the past two weeks. In Korea alone, it went from 0.9% to 9.138% ratings Nationwide according to Nielsen Korea within first 5 episodes. It’s previous ep 10 rated 15.157%.
The cast of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” which includes Park Eun Bin, Kang Tae Oh, Kang Ki Young, Ha Yoon Kyung and more is being praised for their wonderful acting.
Currently, the drama has released until Episode 10, and we can’t wait to see what the finale of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo Ep 16” will bring. The Kdrama will be having a total of 16 episodes. Everyone is making their guesses about how the last episode of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” will end.
So, here I have made some predictions for the final episode of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”. Now these predictions are purely my guesses and I didn’t come to know anything about the coming episodes from anywhere. Currently, I have also watched the series until ep 10.
Warning: If you still haven’t watched the series yet and planning to watch it, then I suggest you don’t read it any further as this article is full of spoilers.
1. Woo Young Woo will Handle More Tough Cases and Grow as an Attorney
Until now, we have seen how the cases Woo Young Woo and other attorneys handled in “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” keeps getting tougher in each episode. We also see her growing well as an attorney with each case. For example, in Ep 5 “Wild Card VS Tactician” we see that Woo Young Woo learns she needs to be an honorable attorney who reveals the truth and not just the one who wins in court.
In the recent episodes 7 and 8 Woo Young Woo even beats the Taesan’s CEO (now attorney) Tae Su Mi in the trial. They are actually No. 1 law firm in Korea. As she grows into a powerful attorney herself, we’ll see that in the coming episodes it won’t be easy for her.
2. Han Seon Young liked Woo Young Woo’s Father
Ok, it’s not a prediction but if this becomes true, then it is likely to be revealed in the coming episodes of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”. As we can see that Han Seon Young (Hanbada’s CEO), Woo Young Woo’s father and Taesan’s CEO (now attorney and biological mother of Woo Young Woo) Tae Su Mi all graduated from Seoul National University and were very close friends. Tae Su Mi left Woo Young Woo’s father after giving birth, and their different family status didn’t allow them to marry. But we see that Han Seon Young still visits her old friend, and she even offered his daughter to join her firm.
I suspected in episode 7 that she likes him. There was a scene when Han Seon Young asks Young Woo’s father if the rumor of him and Tae Su Mi is true. When he said yes, you can see that Han Seon Young was a little sad about it. Well! We’ll see that in the coming episodes, as it depends more on that rumor.
3. Lee Jun Ho and Woo Young Woo will have a Whale date, and they will have a Beautiful Kiss
Episode 9 and 10 of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” was all about Lee Jun Ho and Woo Young Woo’s confessions. And that Kiss at the end of episode 10 was so beautiful. But we haven’t yet seen them go on a proper date. I guess it is very difficult for the two to date as their work-life is very hectic. Nonetheless, they will definitely come up with new ideas to date. And as Jun Ho is already a perfect 10, he would try his best to take Woo Young Woo to see a Whale or at least Dolphins 🐬. And I believe the director would like to make that date seen of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” extra special by a Kiss Scene between Woo Young Woo and Lee Jun Ho, right when the dolphins will jump out of the sea. (I wish! 😍)
Another proof of it is in the words of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” Director. According to Soompi when asked what to look forward in the coming episodes of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”? Then along with other small details the director said:
“inventive dates Young Woo and Jun go on”
Also in Episode 10 we get to see through Young Woo’s “Things to do on dating list” what those dates would be like. It included things like, jogging and picking up the trash from sea, going to Kimbap restaurants only, going to see the Dolphin constellation in the Observatory and many more cute dates were included in her list. Which I believe we’ll get to see in the coming episodes of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”.
4. Young Woo will Take one Case of Her friend Choi Soo Yeon
I highly feel that Woo Young Woo will take one case related to her law school classmate and now colleague at Hanbada, Choi Soo Yeon. She has always supported Woo Young Woo whenever she feels others are troubling her due to her autism. She is a friend who encourages her whenever she feels down due to her disease. Woo Young Woo even gave her a name called “Spring Sunshine”.
So, I believe, now whenever Choi Soo Yeon will be in trouble, Woo Young Woo will be the first person to help her. (I suspect, it could be related to her date at the club.)
5. Kwon Min Woo will Change his Attitude Towards Woo Young Woo
“Tactician vs Wild Card” episode of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” shows the feud of Kwon Min Woo and Woo Young Woo. Kwon Min Woo doesn’t like the fact that Young Woo is a genius and is getting all the points of a good employee at the law firm. Moreover, he keeps finding the reasons to hate her and doesn’t like the fact that she gets advantages due to her disease.
Still, I believe in the coming episodes he is likely to change his attitude towards her. He will understand her from her perspective. It is more likely to happen when Woo Young Woo will be helpful to Kwon Min Woo. (Probably in a case that is related to him or maybe his family)
6. Tae Su Mi will not Accept Woo Young Woo as her Daughter in Public
Tae Su Mi who is the biological mother of Woo Young Woo left her after giving birth as she was born out of wedlock. And Woo Young Woo’s father can never marry Su Mi due to their status differences. In fact, Su Mi only gave birth on the promise that Woo Young Woo and her father will disappear from her life. That’s why in episode 10 she offered Young Woo to work abroad and also to get her a proper medical treatment. (She was very rude though) Moreover, she is now a candidate for Minister of Justice which gives her all the reasons not to accept Woo Young Woo as her daughter in Public, even when this rumor comes out.
However, inside she is a mother. She even cried and asked Young Woo if she resents her. I believe, she will meet Woo Young Woo again and ask for apologies. And I know Woo Young Woo will forgive her.
7. Lee Jun Ho will Propose Woo Young Woo in the End
Lee Jun Ho is head over heels for Woo Young Woo. He understands that liking or just dating temporary a person with autism is not enough, he needs a strong determination.
When Soo Yeon tried to take the hint from Jun Ho if he will seriously date Young Woo. He 100% made clear that he is serious. Second time, when Kwon Min Woo (episode 9) told him that if he is not sure about that person, then he can date for a while and leave, if it doesn’t work out. He said that he can’t do it with this person. Min Woo then asked if he thinks it won’t last with her. Jun Ho immediately shouted it’s not so. Then Min Woo said that he already has his answer.
So, this proves the fact that when Jun Ho ran to Woo Young Woo in Ep 9 to confess his feelings, he made sure in his heart to take this relationship until the end. And to accomplish that, both Lee Jun Ho and Woo Young Woo need to marry. (Fingers crossed 😊) Also, as Young Woo was the first to confess about liking, I believe Jun Ho will be the first to propose this time.
8. She Will Reject
However, I also believe that Woo Young Woo will reject his proposal. That is because besides having autism herself, Woo Young Woo completely understand that it is hard to like a person with it. Moreover, it will be difficult to even live with that person. For this reason and thinking of hers, Woo Young Woo will reject his proposal.
However, later, Lee Jun Ho will try his best and gain more trust of Woo Young Woo. So, they are still more likely to marry. 🙈
9. Woo Young Woo will Later Become a Professor
It is no doubt that Woo Young Woo has broken the limits that a person with autism cannot be a lawyer. I liked the fact that she accepts her disease, but never let it become her weakness. I believe in the final episodes of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” we will see that she becomes a successful attorney and make the headlines of the newspaper as a genius female attorney with autism.
Her journey towards her career will be inspiring for many, and she is more likely to teach and encourage the future generations. And by becoming a professor this could be done so well. It would be a nice finishing for a series that is highlighting the inspiring journey of a person towards success whom one would think to be impossible.
10. Kwon Min Woo and Choi Soo Yeon will Date
Ok, this came out of nowhere, until episode 9 I couldn’t even think of it. But when Choi Soo Yeon came in the law firm looking all beautiful, Kwon Min Woo’s reactions gave me the hint. He was completely baffled when Soo Yeon asked him to set her up on a blind date with someone. But do they have a chance? Well, if Min Woo’s attitude changes as I mentioned in prediction 5, then I believe there is 100% chance that Soo Yeon will accept him. And they might be the second couple in the office after Lee Jun Ho and Woo Young Woo. 😉
So, these were the predictions of the final episode of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”. Do you believe these predictions will come true? Or do you have your own predictions of last 6 episodes? If so, then let’s have a chat on Twitter or Facebook. (Don’t forget to follow 😊👍)
