Synopsis
“Gyeongseong Creature” Korean drama tells the story of 1945 in Gyeongseong, during the Japanese colonization of Korea. A time when freedom and basic human rights were not given to the people. And the young among them had to fight while risking their lives so that they can have their basic life and happiness. Meanwhile, something strange is happening at a hospital.
Jang Tae Sang (Park Seo Joon) lives in Bukchon. Jang Tae Sang is a rich and arrogant man who isn’t concerned about others and their struggles for justice and freedom. He is currently the wealthiest man of Gyeongseong and own a pawnshop Golden Jade House. Later, he meets a woman who would change his perspective and disturb his perfect life.
Yoon Chae Ok (Han So Hee) is famous as a todugun (a person who finds missing people) who had a terrible past, but thanks to her father, she was able to survive in the worst situations. Today she searches for missing people and also has excellent skills in working with guns, knives and more.
Gwon Jun Taek (Wi Ha Joon) is Jang Tae Sang’s best friend and also an independent soldier. Together, both tries to save his missing colleague.
Maeda (Claudia Kim) is the mistress of the powerful family that has control over the Gyeongseong area. She gets involved in the case of missing people.
Na Wol Daek (Kim Hae Sook) is a close acquaintance to Jang Tae Sang. She is the butler of Golden Jade House.
