Synopsis
“My Dearest Nemesis” Korean drama tells the story of romance between two novice gamers. One is a high school girl Baek Su Jeong who is popular by the name ‘Raspberry’ in online gaming. The other one is Ban Ju Yeon popular by the name ‘Black Flame Dragon.’ They both meet in a game and Ban Ju Yeon falls in love with Su Jeong. He even confesses his love for her, but Su Jeong rejects him. 16 years later, they meet again as adults. Today, Su Jeong works as the leader of a planning team at Yongsung Department Store and Ban Ju Yeon is her boss. Ban Ju Yeon is actually a chaebol who still holds the painful memory of being rejected by his first love. The drama is set in the early to mid 2000s.
Meanwhile, Seo Ha Jin is a free-spirited pub owner. Despite the age difference, she becomes a close friend of Baek Su Jeong after meeting her through online gaming. Ban Joo Yeon’s friend, Kim Shin Won is head of the design department at Yongsung Department Store. His character is a playboy who falls in love with Seo Ha Jin.
