Overview: “The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection” Kdrama (also known as “The Escape of the 7 Season 2”) is an SBS original drama series that released on March 29, 2024, and starring Uhm Ki Joon, Hwang Jung Eum, Lee Joon and more. It will continue to tell the story from season 1, now a new mysterious character called “Medusa” is introduced.

Synopsis

Season 1 of “The Escape of Seven” was centered around seven people involved in the disappearance of a girl and a man related to that girl, who plot against them, to reveal their true identity. 

“The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection” Korean drama follows the story of season 1, where Do Hyuk, who was supposed to be dead after the “Bobble Incident,” makes a furious comeback to reveal Matthew’s actual identity to everyone. He joins the alliance with Kang Ki Tak and the unidentified person who goes by the name “Medusa.” But Matthew has no plans to give up until he has the entire globe enamored with him and full control over Sungchan Group, the business his father dedicated his life to building.

Now the revenge game will continue when seven evil partners get back together to seek revenge and power while having hidden intentions.
