The upcoming Korean drama “The Crown Prince Has Disappeared” (also known as Missing Crown Prince) has finalized its main cast lineup.
With EXO’s Suho (Behind Your Touch), Hong Ye Ji (Love Song for Illusion), Myung Se Bin (Dr. Cha), Kim Joo Heon (Castaway Diva), and Kim Min Kyu (Maestra: Strings of Truth) portraying five main characters in the drama.
“The Crown Prince Has Disappeared” tells the story about Prince Lee Geon who gets kidnapped by his fiancée. They go on an adventure together where they face danger and fall in love. This changes their lives forever.
Suho takes the lead role of Prince Lee Geon who has always had a good life, but everything changes when he’s kidnapped. Now, he has to deal with lots of new problems and doubts. Plus, he starts to like the person who kidnapped him, which makes things even more complicated.
Hong Ye Ji is confirmed to portray Choi Myung Yoon, Choi Sang Rok’s daughter, who works in the royal court. She’s good at riding horses and knows a lot about medicine. When she goes on an adventure with Prince Lee Geon, she faces tough challenges that test her loyalty and strength.
Myung Se Bin plays the Queen Min Soo Ryun who seems calm and kind, but being a queen comes with a lot of pressure. She had to give up her own happiness for her responsibilities. She struggles with her feelings and the challenges of palace life.
Kim Joo Heon takes the role of Choi Sang Rok, a Choi Myung Yoon’s dad who’ll do anything to help his family, even if it means doing brave things when things get tough.
Kim Min Kyu is portraying the role of Grand Prince Doseong, Lee Geon’s half-brother, and he’s really handsome, outgoing, and great at martial arts. When he shows up, things get more complicated because he gets involved in a love triangle with Lee Geon and Choi Myung Yoon.
“The Crown Prince Has Disappeared” is a spin-off of “Bossam – Steal the Fate,” both written by the same writer. “Bossam: Steal the Fate” achieved record-breaking viewership ratings on MBN.
Meanwhile, Kdrama “The Crown Prince Has Disappeared” is the MBN’s new weekend mini-series, which is set to premiere on Saturday, March 9th, consisting of 20 episodes.
