New stills from “A Good Day to Be a Dog” reveal Cha Eun Woo and Park Gyu Young’s relationship beginnings that promise to blossom into something extraordinary!
The upcoming highly-anticipated Korean drama “A Good Day to Be a Dog” is based on a popular webtoon. It tells the story of Han Hae Na (Park Gyu Young), a Korean language teacher cursed to transform into a dog after her first kiss. The only way to break the curse is to kiss the same man for the second time, even while in her dog form. This family curse has persisted for generations.
One day, Han Hae Na unintentionally kisses Jin Seo Won (Cha Eun Woo), a math teacher at the same school. He is now the only one who can break her curse, but his fear of dogs due to a past trauma poses a challenge. Can Han Hee Na break her curse and find true love?
In the new stills, we witness their initial meetings. In the first still, we observe Cha Eun Woo and Park Gyu Young sitting together on a bench, seemingly after a disagreement.
It’s a bit humorous because the poster behind them features two big smiles while they wear frowns. In the other two stills, it appears they cross paths once more, but this time, fate seems to be working to bring them closer together.
Cha Eun Woo (Island) and Park Gyu Young (Celebrity) had earlier starred in an MV ‘You’re the Reason’ by Urban Zakapa in which they acted as a secret dating couple in the office.
Along with them, Lee Hyun Woo (Money Heist: Korea) will also be starring in the drama. He will play a high school Korean history teacher who bears a sad smile.
“A God Day to Be a Dog” is releasing this October 11 at 9 p.m. KST. with a total of 14 episodes.
