Overview: “Boyhood” Kdrama (also known as “Hidden Dragon” or “Boys’ Generation”) is a Coupang Play original drama series that released on November 24, 2023. It will tell the story of a high school student in the 1980s who was bullied in his previous school but gets mistaken for the best fighter in his new school. “Boyhood” stars Im Si Wan, Lee Sun Bin, Lee Shi Woo and Kang Hye Won in the main cast. Synopsis
“Boyhood” Korean drama tells the story of students at Buyeo Agricultural High School in Chungcheong Province in the 1980s. The story begins with Jang Byeong Tae (Im Siwan), who has just been transferred to Buyeo Agricultural High School. Although he was weak and bullied in his previous school, here he is mistaken for the best fighter in Buyeo. Consequently, he becomes the most powerful boy in his new school. He becomes entangled with three other powerful students:
Park Ji Young (Lee Sun Bin) is popularly known as “Buyeo’s black spider.”
Jung Kyung Tae (Lee Shi Woo) is popularly known as “Asan’s White Tiger” in the local schools.
Kang Sun Hwa (Kang Hye Won) is the Queen Bee of the school, whom every boy in the school wants to date.
